Sian Visser

Sian is an accredited practicing dietitian with a wide range of clinical experience. She is now focusing solely on paediatric nutrition, particularly nutrition for neurodivergent children. It has been her experience of becoming a mother and later learning one of her children is neurodivergent, that led her to this path.

Sian knows first hand, the joys, challenges and stress that comes with feeding children, especially those who are neurodivergent. She also knows it doesn't have to be so hard. Sian combines her personal experience and professional knowledge to provide families with strategies, tips and recipes to address nutrition concerns, help children expand their range of accepted foods, reduce stress and bring enjoyment back to feeding their children.

Sian's other areas of nutrition expertise are introducing solids, managing food allergies, elimination diets for breastfeeding mothers of children with non-IgE mediated allergies, faltering growth and helping families reduce stress and anxiety around feeding.

Outside of work, Sian enjoys spending time in nature with her children, cooking and reading.

Sian believes that the best outcomes come when families feel heard, not hurried. Each consultation begins with a thorough assessment — because the right answer depends entirely on your child's unique history, profile, and your family's circumstances.

The approach is collaborative: you bring the knowledge of your child, Sian brings the clinical expertise. Together, you'll build a plan that is realistic, achievable, and grounded in what the evidence actually says.
